The University of Baguio once again joins the ranks for the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking. The Times Higher Education (THE) is an esteemed and widely recognized global assessment initiative that serves to identify and acknowledge universities around the world that are making significant and meaningful contributions towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which aim to address various global challenges and promote sustainability, equity, and inclusivity for all.
Out of the one hundred twenty-one universities from the Philippines and the thousands of universities worldwide, one hundred thirteen ranked in the T.H.E. Impact Rankings.
For this, UB, along with other universities, was invited by the Commission on Higher Education to attend the “Ranked & Recognize: A Celebration of Philippine Higher Education Institutions”, represented by the Research Innovation Extension and Community Outreach (RIECO) Director, Dr. Donnavila Marie B. Panday, that was held on June 24, 2025, at the Auditorium of CHED Central Office, Diliman, Quezon City.
The University of Baguio continues to actively promote and successfully achieve the Sustainable Development Goals set forth by the United Nations as the school years progress and unfold in a dynamic educational environment. This commitment fosters a culture of sustainability and social responsibility throughout the campus community.
