Returning Students

Enrollment Procedures

  1. Settle back accounts (if any). Request account clearance and re-activation through the Online Activation and Resetting of Accounts Form.
  2. Email the Dean’s office for re-evaluation of courses and curriculum.
    • If the dean has queries, he/she may email you for clarification.
  3. If there are no concerns, the Dean/Secretary/Enrollment adviser encodes the required courses.
  4. Pay the the required down payment in any of the accredited banks or at the UB Cashier.
  5. Upload the scanned copy of the proof of payment to the Online Payment Verification Form.
  6. Check your schedule on the Student Portal.

Enrollment Procedures Check the schedule of enrollment posted in the UB Website and official Facebook page. Log in to the UB student portal Username Birthdate
