- Settle back accounts (if any). Request account clearance and re-activation through the Online Activation and Resetting of Accounts Form.
- Email the Dean’s office for re-evaluation of courses and curriculum.
- If the dean has queries, he/she may email you for clarification.
- If there are no concerns, the Dean/Secretary/Enrollment adviser encodes the required courses.
- Pay the the required down payment in any of the accredited banks or at the UB Cashier.

- Upload the scanned copy of the proof of payment to the Online Payment Verification Form.
- After five (5) working days, you may now check your schedule on the Student Portal.
