Enrollment Procedure

Online Enrollment

  1. Register via the UB Student Portal
  2. Click “Apply as a New Student”, complete all the needed information and submit the registration. Take note of the APPLICANT ID NUMBER (For your reservation fee)
  3. Prepare and scan the documentary requirements (PDF format).
  4. Download and fill-up the Declaration and Waiver Form and Data Privacy Consent Form
  5. Pay the Reservation Fee of Php 1,000.00 to any UB accredited Banks and payment centers.The reservation fee is non-refundable but creditable to the tuition fee once enrolled.

  7. Write your name on the acknowledgment receipt and prepare a scanned copy.
  8. Upload the scanned copy of documentary requirements and admission processing fee acknowledgement receipt.
  9. Once, the needed documents are verified and accepted. ARC approves the application and registration.
  10. ARC will send the scanned documents through email to the concerned Dean for temporary evaluation.
  11. The Dean evaluates all your finished courses. If there are no concerns, you will receive an email regarding the results of your evaluation.
    • If the dean has queries before crediting a course, he/she may email you for clarification.
  12. The concerned Dean/ Enrollment Adviser / School Secretary / encodes the courses based on the result of the evaluation.
  13. You shall receive an email with your UB ID number, procedures on how to access the enrollment portal, and how to activate your UB email address.
  14. Pay the the required down payment in any of the accredited banks or at the UB Cashier.
  15. Check your schedule on the UB Student Portal.

Walk-in/Campus Enrollment

  1. Register via the UB Student Portal.
  2. Click “Apply as a New Student”, complete all the needed information and submit the registration.
  3. Photocopy your admission credentials
  4. Proceed to the respective Dean’s office for evaluation.
  5. The Dean evaluates all your finished courses. If there is no problem with the evaluation, you
    will be given an admission slip signed and approved by your Dean.
  6. Present the admission slip signed by the Dean to the ARC
  7. Download and fill-up the Declaration and Waiver Form and Data Privacy Consent Form
  8. Submit the original and photocopy of your admission credentials to ARC
  9. Once, the needed documents are verified and accepted. ARC approves the application and
    registration.
  10. Pay the reservation fee at the UB Cashier and present it to the admission officer.
  11. ARC returns the received photocopy of the submitted credentials.
  12. The Dean encodes the subjects based on the results of the evaluation.
  13. Pay the required down payment at the UB Cashier to fully secure the reserve courses.
  14. View your schedule on the Student Portal.
  15. Proceed to MIS Office at F building for your school ID application.
