Admission Requirement
- School Records (Transcript of Records, Form 137, Senior High School Certificate/Diploma) duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (Referral from Teacher/Principal/Guidance Counselor)
- Affidavit of Support (Bank Statements, grants for institutional scholar’s expense)
- Police Clearance (Country of Origin)
- Photocopy of passport’s bio page and visa page
- Student Visa/SSP (Special Study Permit)
- Photocopy of receipt of the Foreign Admission Fee
Note:
- The Policy on the admission of foreign students will prevail. Full payment of admission fee for foreign students must be strictly implemented before admission. (NO PARTIAL PAYMENT IS ALLOWED.)
Admission Fee for Foreign Students
- BASIC EDUCATION: $400
- TERTIARY COURSES: $1000
- GRADUATE SCHOOL: $2000
- MEDICAL COURSES: $4000
- DUAL CITIZENS: Php. 1,800
International Student Procedure
Reservation for Incoming Freshmen
- Register on the UB Student Portal
- Click “Apply as a New Student”, complete all the needed information
- Download and fill-out the Declaration, Waiver, and Consent Agreement Form
- The Admission and Records Center (ARC) will check all the submitted documents, once verified you will be given your UB student ID number.
- Pay the required foreign admission fee at the UB Cashier Office or any accredited banks, present the receipt to the admission officer.

Reservation for Transferees
- Prepare photocopy of all admission credentials.
- Proceed to the respective Dean’s Office for evaluation and crediting of courses. If approved, you will be given an admission slip signed and approved by the Dean.
- Register on the UB Student Portal
- Click “Apply as a New Student”, complete all the needed information and submit the registration
- Download and fill-out the Declaration, Waiver, and Consent Agreement Form
- Submit the original and photocopy of admission requirements to the admission officer
- The Admission and Records Center (ARC) will check all the submitted documents; once verified, you will be given your UB student ID number
- Pay the required foreign admission fee at the UB Cashier Office or any accredited banks, present the receipt to the admission officer
