Admission Requirements
- Undergraduate Students
- Scanned copy of the First Semester Report Card (F138) for Grade 12 student expected to graduate at the end of current school year
- Original and scanned Grade 12 Report Card (F138) duly signed by the school principal for students who graduated prior to current school year and has not enrolled in any tertiary schools before
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Undergraduate Students (Non-Formal Secondary School)
- Certified True Copy of the Original Diploma released by the DepED Central Office
- Certificate of Rating for Passer of the Alternative Learning System (ALS)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
Enrollment Procedures
Online Enrollment
- Register via the UB Student Portal
- Click “Apply as a New Student”, complete all the needed information and submit the registration. Take note of the APPLICANT ID NUMBER (For your reservation fee)
- Prepare and scan the documentary requirements (PDF format).
- Download and fill-up the Declaration and Waiver Form and Data Privacy Consent Form
- Pay the Reservation Fee of Php 1,000.00 to any UB accredited Banks and payment centers.
- The reservation fee is non-refundable but creditable to the tuition fee once enrolled.

- Write your name on the acknowledgment receipt and prepare a scanned copy.
- Go to the New Student Online Credentials Submission Form.
- Upload the scanned copy of documentary requirements and admission processing fee acknowledgement receipt.
- Once, the needed documents are verified and accepted. ARC approves the application and registration.
- Course will be encoded based on the student’s program and curriculum.
- You shall receive an e-mail with your UB ID number, procedures on how to access the enrollment portal and how to activate your UB email address.
- Pay the the required down payment in any of the accredited banks or at the UB Cashier.

- Check your schedule on the Student Portal.
Walk-in/Campus Enrollment
- Register at the UB student Portal
- Click “Apply as a New Student”, complete all the needed information and submit the
registration. - Fill-out the Declaration and Waiver Form and Data Privacy Consent Form.
- Photocopy the admission credentials.
- Submit the original & photocopied credentials.
- Once, the needed documents are verified and accepted. ARC approves the application and
registration. - Pay the reservation fee at the UB Cashier and present to the admission officer.
- Course will be encoded based on the student’s program and curriculum.
- ARC returns the photocopy of the submitted credentials.
- Pay the required down payment at the UB Cashier.
- View your schedule on the Student Portal.
- Proceed to MIS Office at F building for your school ID application.
