Current/Previous Students for Incoming Grades 8 – 12 (Science High School)

Enrollment Procedures

1. Prepare the required documents for enrollment. Some of these documents will be uploaded for verification purposes.
2. Go to bit.ly//ubshsnewstudents to access the UB Science High School New Student Enrollment Form for SY 2022-2023.
3. Wait for the confirmation email from Science High School regarding the schedule for payment and submission of the hard copy of the documents to UB Science High School.
4. During the schedule of payment, students present the printed proof of payment for the Reservation Fee (Php 1,000) at the UB Cashier and pay the required down payment and the PTA Fee (Php 200), in separate receipts.
5. Submit the Enrollment Requirements to the UB Science High School Principal’s Office. Only the folders with Complete Documents shall be accepted.
