Incoming Nursery, Kinder, Grade 1, and Grades 2-6 New Pupils Transferees

Admission Requirements

1. Valid ID of Guardian 
2. 2×2 Picture of Pupil
3. Report Card
4. PSA Birth Certificate
5. Form 137
6. For incoming Kindergarten Students – Must be 5 years old on/before October 31, 2024
7. Certificate of Kindergarten Completion – For Incoming Grade 1 Students

Enrollment Procedures

1. Register at https://portal.ubaguio.edu.
2. Click “Apply as a New Student”, completes all the needed information and submits the registration.
3. Receive a confirmation email with the link for the submission of a scanned copy of the admission requirements. Or you can click here.
4. Prepare the needed documents which will be uploaded to the google form.
5. Pay the reservation/registration fee of Php 1,000.00 to any of the UB accredited banks.
   • The reservation/registration fee is non-refundable but creditable to the school fees once the student is enrolled.
6. Submit the Original Copies of the Requirements or send it through courier.

7. After accomplishing the Pre-Enrollment Form, wait for a confirmation text message from the UBLES for the class section.
8. Visit the UBLES-Center for Counseling and Student Development Facebook Page to fill-out the Individual Inventory Form
9. Pay the required down payment in any of the accredited banks, online bills payment or at the UB Cashier.
10. After paying the down payment, check the schedule in the student portal. Once the student’s schedule is in the portal, it means that student is “Officially Enrolled”.
11. Wait for a text message or e-mail from the student’s Class Adviser.
