Admission Requirements
- First Year – Student who did not yet take any course in any HEI
- Original Official Transcript of Records (With Photocopy)
- The applicant must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree and must have earned 18 units of English, six units of mathematics, and 18 units of social science classes/subjects.
- Certificate of Graduation
- Certificate of Good moral character
- NSO/PSA Birth certificate
- 2×2 ID picture
- Transfer Credential (For student who graduated from other school)
- Transferee – Student who have taken any course in any HEI
- Letter of Intent, addressed to the Dean of the School of Law
- Transfer Credential
- Official Transcript of Records
- Certificate of Eligibility
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA / NSO Birth Certificate
- 2×2 ID picture
*Original and photocopy of the documents should be placed in a long folder white.
Enrollment Procedures
- Register via the Online Registration Facility.
- Click “Apply as a New Student.” Complete all the needed information then click submit.
- Prepare and scan the documentary requirements (PDF format).
- Download and fill-up the Declaration and Waiver Form andData Privacy Consent Form
- Pay the Admission Processing Fee of Php 1,000.00 to any UB accredited Banks and payment centers.
- The admission processing fee is non-refundable but creditable to the tuition fee once enrolled.

- Write your name on the acknowledgment receipt and prepare a scanned copy.
- Go to the New Student Online Credentials Submission Form.
- Upload the scanned copy of documentary requirements and admission processing fee acknowledgement receipt.
- The Admissions and Records Center (ARC) will check all the submitted documents and approve your application and registration.
- ARC sends a copy of your courses taken to the Dean for evaluation.
- If the dean has queries before crediting a course, he/she may email you for clarification.
- If there are no concerns, the dean emails you of the result of evaluation.
- The concerned Dean/ Enrollment Adviser / School Secretary / encodes the courses based on the result of the evaluation.
- You shall receive an email with your UB ID number, procedures on how to access the enrollment portal, and how to activate your UB email address.
- Pay the the required down payment in any of the accredited banks or at the UB Cashier.

- Upload the scanned copy of the proof of payment to the portal for Online Payment Verification Form.
- After five (5) working days, you may now check your schedule on the Student Portal.
