Admission Requirements
FRESHMEN: UB Graduates
- Original and photocopy of Official Transcript of Records
- Certificate of Graduation
- Certificate of Good moral character
- PSA Birth certificate
- 2×2 ID picture
- Affidavit to use married name (for married female students)
- PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female students)
- Original and photocopy of the documents should be placed in a long folder white.
FRESHMEN: Non-UB Graduates
- Transfer Credentials
- Copy of Grades
- Certificate of Good moral character
- PSA Birth certificate
- 2×2 ID picture
- Affidavit to use married name (for married female students)
- PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female students)
- Original and photocopy of the documents should be placed in a long folder white.
TRANSFEREES
- Letter of Intent, addressed to the Dean of the School of Law
- Transfer Credential
- Official Transcript of Records
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Birth Certificate
- 2×2 ID picture
- Affidavit to use married name (for married female students)
- PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female students)

Enrollment Procedures
WALK-IN / CAMPUS ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
Freshmen (Non-UB Graduates) / Transferees
- Prepare original and photocopy of all admission credentials.
- Proceed to the Dean’s office for evaluation and crediting of courses. You will be given an admission slip signed and approved by your Dean.
- Register at UB Student Portal.
- Click “Apply as a New Student”, complete all the needed information and click submit the registration.
- Fill-out the Declaration and Waiver Form and Data Privacy Consent Form
- Proceed to ARC to submit the original and photocopy of admission requirements to the admission officer.
- Once admission documents are verified, the admission officer gives your Student ID number.
- Pay the reservation fee of Php 1,000.00 at the UB cashier and present the receipt to the admission officer.
- Admission officer returns the photocopy of admission requirements with the copy of the student directory.
- Proceed to the Dean’s office for the encoding of courses based on the results of the evaluation.
- Pay the required down payment (35%) of total tuition fee at the UB cashier.
- Note: Separate receipt for the reservation fee and downpayment.
- View your schedule on the student portal.
- Proceed to the MIS Office at F-Building for your school ID Application.
