Interested in the Scholarship? Here are the Guidelines for Scholarships and Discounts

1. interested applicants must be currently enrolled in the University of Baguio and should have already paid the required down payment for the semester.
2. Fill in this google form for the application for scholarships and discounts
3. G-SUIT account (IDNUMBER@s.ubaguio.edu – use your UB ID number) will be used to login in the google form. Applications without an accomplished google form will not be accommodated.
4. Deadline for application on the Google form is on September 24, 2022. The link will be deactivated after the deadline.
5. Attach the requirements with your google form application. Requirements depend on the type of scholarship you are applying for, see below for the scholarship requirements:

Academic Scholarship (Entrance Scholarship)

With honors, With High Honors, With Highest Honors

• Attach a scanned copy of the academic excellence award certification signed by the school principal or authorized signatory. The certification must include the following:

1. General weighted average
2. award received (With Honors, With High Honors, With Highest Honors
3. Academic school year graduated
4. school dry seal (must be visible in the scanned copy)

Non-Academic Scholarships (Entrance Scholarship)

Leadership award, Journalism award, Editor-in-Chief, SSC (Student Government) President

• Attach the scanned copy of the certificate indicating the award received and the school year graduated, signed by the school principal or authorized signatory with dry seal (must be visible in the scanned copy).

Graduates of Baguio City National High School, Baguio City National Science High School, Pines City National High School – Regular/Science, Other Science High Schools.

• Attach the scanned copy of your Grade 12 card and diploma.

Siblings Discount

• Attach the siblings discount form (which can be downloaded in the google form application page)
• Attach a scanned copy of the birth certificate if siblings do not have the same last name and/or middle name

Note: Siblings must be officially enrolled in the university and must have paid the required down payment for the semester

Solo Parent Discount

• Attach a scanned copy of valid solo parent ID (back and front)
• Attach a scanned copy of the birth certificate of the children

PWD Discount

• Attach a scanned copy of a valid PWD ID (back and front).

6. Send through courier (LBC, JRS, etc.)/the original copy of academic excellence certification/certified true copy of card and diploma/certified copy of valid solo parent ID from City Hall/DSWD or CSWD/certified true copy of valid PWD ID from city hall to:

Student Accounts Office

University of Baguio

General Luna Road, Baguio City

Students residing in Baguio/La Trinidad, Benguet may personally submit an original copy of documents to the UB Student Accounts Office.

Deadline of submission of Original copies is on September 30, 2022

7. Applications with incomplete requirements will not be processed

8. Scholarships and discounts will be posted after midterms.
