University of Baguio Tours NWU Delegates Around Baguio City

The University of Baguio proudly welcomed and gave a tour around the City of Pines to the six (6) esteemed exchange students from Nagasaki Wesleyan University, Japan. Who recently completed their English Proficiency and Cultural Immersion Program from February 16 to March 5, 2026.

For two lighthearted and fun-filled weeks, the student delegates had the chance to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Baguio City, known as the summer capital of the Philippines and part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network. Reflecting the spirit of global learning, they participated in the International Tourism and Hospitality Convention organized by UB–SIHTM, engaged in meaningful outreach and interaction with UB Elementary and High School students, and completed their English for Specific Purposes (ESP) classes under the School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (STELA).
