Joy and elation filled the atmosphere at the University of Baguio Cardinal’s Gym on January 13, 2024 as the students of Batch 2023 excitedly underwent their Graduation Rites.
Hundreds of students donned their robes and caps for the momentous occasion, with their hoods being ceremoniously pinned by their parents, relatives, and guardians in a gesture of unwavering support and love. The bi-annual event commemorates the years of hard work and dedication that the students have poured into their academic journey. Culminating in the handing off of their hard-earned diplomas, the graduation rites usher in a new era for every student. After they leave the stage, they are ready to become highly competent young professionals in their fields of study.
The university oversees the graduation rites of countless students every year. A final send-off before they enter the working world, UB makes sure that every graduation is memorable and leaved an indelible mark on the lives of the graduating students. Paired with the Baccalaureate Rites, the Graduation Ceremony is an integral stepping stone before the students move on to the next stage of their lives.
As the students step out of the halls of the university one last time, they carry with them the lessons that they have learned and the training they have undergone. With their friends and loved ones alongside them for support, they will be able to take on the future with their arms wide open, prepared to face any obstacle in their way.
