On April 25, 2025, the University of Baguio (UB) welcomed a distinguished delegation from National University MOA (NU MOA), marking a pivotal moment in both institutions’ pursuit of academic excellence. This benchmarking collaboration was designed to deepen mutual understanding and drive innovation across academic programs, administration, student services, and research development at UB.

A Tour of Excellence

The visitors were introduced to UB’s diverse academic programs, specialized offices, and advanced student services, offering them a firsthand look at the university’s commitment to quality education and modern infrastructure.

Exchange of Insights and Best Practices
Following the tour, both universities engaged in a vibrant discussion. The NU MOA delegates shared valuable insights and experiences, particularly regarding UB’s senior high school program. In turn, Dr. Mutong and several subject heads from UB highlighted the institution’s best practices, sparking a lively exchange of ideas on effective educational strategies. This dialogue created a platform for both schools to share expertise and explore new approaches to enhancing educational outcomes.

Pathways to Partnership and Innovation
The visit not only strengthened academic ties but also opened doors for future collaborations, especially in senior high school programs and research initiatives. Both institutions recognized the immense potential for joint projects that could elevate educational standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Commitment to Sustainable Development Goals
