The PCAP 2nd Competition took place once again at Easter College on February 1, 2025, bringing together four prominent schools from the region. The event kicked off with a warm-up session led by Shihan Ed Kapawen Sr., followed by a session on PNP Operational Procedure, focusing on the Force Continuum. This session was conducted by the Major Head of Intelligence of Baguio and emphasized the responsible application of force in both law enforcement and self-defense contexts.

The competition featured both individual and team events, with the University of Baguio (UB), Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC), University of Cordillera (UC), and Easter College emerging as the dominant contenders. In the novice division, UB and CCDC faced off in the finals for both male individual and male team events, while the female team event also saw an exciting showdown between the two schools. In the intermediate category, UB and CCDC competed in the male and female individual events, while UC entered the fray in the male team finals against CCDC and the female team finals against UB.

The event concluded with remarkable performances across all four universities. In the novice category, the male individual event earned UB a silver medal, the novice female team secured gold, and the male team took home bronze. In the intermediate division, both the male and female individual events saw UB clinch silver, while the female team earned gold and the male team claimed silver.

Ultimately, the University of Baguio (UB) secured second place overall among the participating universities. Their strong performances, especially in the novice and intermediate categories, showcased their dedication, skill, and sportsmanship in martial arts. Despite fierce competition from CCDC, Easter College, and UC, UB’s athletes displayed remarkable resilience and excellence, solidifying their reputation as one of the top contenders in the tournament.
