The Liwliwa Ya Sursuro (LYS) 2.0 Caravan is making a stop at the University of Baguio, and with it comes an exciting opportunity for UBians to take part in the Baguio Youth Innovation Challenge.
Rooted in the Safe and Sound Cities (S²Cities) Baguio Programme, LYS is a youth innovation incubation initiative designed to support young leaders and changemakers in developing creative, community-based solutions for urban safety and inclusion.
The program aims to inspire bold ideas from young people who are passionate about creating impact in their communities—especially in the context of building safer, more inclusive urban environments.
Submission Period
July 1 to September 5, 2025
Who Can Join?
The program is free and open to all young innovators and changemakers interested in pitching their ideas for meaningful change.
