Admission Requirements

Undergraduate

1. Original and scanned Grade 12 Report Card (F138) duly signed by the school principal for students who graduated prior to AY 2021-2022 and has not enrolled in any college course before
2. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

Undergraduate (Non-Formal Secondary Graduates)

1. Certified True Copy of the Original Diploma released by the DepED Central Office
2. Certificate of Rating for Passer of the Alternative Learning System (ALS)
3. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

Transferees

1. Transfer Credential
2. Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records/Copy of Grades
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Photocopy of PSA / NSO Birth Certificate

Law School

First Year – Student who did not yet take any course in any HEI

1. Original Official Transcript of Records (With Photocopy)
2. The applicant must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree and must have earned 18 units of English, six units of mathematics, and 18 units of social science classes/subjects.
3. Certificate of Graduation
4. Certificate of Good moral character
5. NSO/PSA Birth certificate6.2×2 ID picture7.Transfer Credential (For student who graduated from other school)

Transferee – Student who have taken any course in any HEI 

1. Letter of Intent, addressed to the Dean of the School of Law
2. Transfer Credential
3. Official Transcript of Records
4. Certificate of Eligibility
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character
6. PSA / NSO Birth Certificate7.2×2 ID picture

Graduate School

1. Transfer Credential (For graduate from other HEIs)
2. Official Transcript of Records showing the award of the baccalaureate degree by a recognized institution of higher learning
3. PSA Birth Certificate
