Procedure
- Download the Application For Adding | Changing | Dropping | Withdrawing of subjects (QF-ARC-006) Form.
- Accomplish the form and send to the concerned Dean through the school email address for evaluation and approval.
- If the dean has queries, he/she may contact you through email.
- If approved, the Dean forwards the form to the Student Accounts Office for changes to be made in your account.
- SAO will then forward the copy to the ARC for printing and filing to your permanent record.
