Effectively managing mental health challenges in a professional environment is essential for sustaining a healthy work-life balance. The University of Baguio aims to foster open discussions about mental health in the workplace through its upcoming event, titled: “Beyond Burnout: A Round Table Discussion in Navigating Mental Health Challenges in a High Stress Profession”.
Organized by the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) in collaboration with the Center for Counseling and Student Development (CCSD), the event is slated to take place on November 26, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM Philippine time (7:30 PM – 9:30 PM British Columbia, Canada Time).
Key Speaker Ms. Leny Estacio (RGC, LPT), the Director of the CCSD, is set to bring her expertise on the matter, promising an insightful session that will explore coping strategies and prioritizing self-care in the pursuit of maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle that can balance one’s personal and professional life.
