Reminders:
Photoshoot Location: UB Centennial Hall
Photoshoot Fee: 570 Php. (for both the onsite photoshoot and online submission)
- For Onsite:
- pay the photoshoot fee (P570.00) at the Cashier’s Office or to any UB accredited banks prior to his/her schedule
- present your official receipt/bank receipt of the photoshoot fees to the BIG ACE staff before your photoshoot
- For Online Submission
- pay the amount of P 570.00 to any UB-accredited bank.
- send your two portrait photos together with the scanned copy of your payment Official Receipt of Deposit Slip (refer to the online submission section below for more details)
Package Specification:
- 3 shots toga with cap
- 3 shots toga without cap
- 4 shots formal
- formal shots (edited softcopy only)
- with hair and makeup
Printed Copies Includes:
- 1 pc – 8 x 10 toga with cap picture
- 4 pcs – 2 x 3 toga without cap picture
- 1 pc – 5 x 7 toga with cap picture
For students NOT availing of the onsite photoshoot, online submission of two (2) portrait photos will be implemented. Please refer to the guidelines below:
Online Submissions

Attire:
- One (1) photo with the specified outfit below (to be edited by BIG ACE Photo Studio)
- Ladies: a shirt or top with a wide-open neckline
- Gentlemen: a polo with a necktie. Please make sure it would match the black graduation toga.
- One (1) photo with formal/uniform or corporate
Photo size: 5 x 7 inches
Background: White or gray
For Your Photo:
- Apply a fresh look makeup, loose powder, and lipstick for ladies. If you have long hair place your hair at the back or ponytail it.
- Stand straight and smile. The image must be from the head to mid-torso.
- One meter – the distance between you and the photographer and two meters away from the plain background to avoid shadow reflection.
- You can use a smartphone or digital camera if a local studio is not available.
- Image resolution/dimension: 2550 3300 pixels/300dpi
Yearbook Subscription
For those interested in subscribing for the yearbook, follow these guidelines:
- Pay the corresponding amount of one thousand nine hundred fifty pesos (P 1,950.00) at the Cashier or online thru the UB accredited banks.
- Deadline for payment is on April 30, 2023.
- Fill out the Yearbook Subscriber’s Form (attached) and submit it together with a photocopy of your yearbook subscription official receipt/bank receipt to this email, may2023yearbook@gmail.com on or before April 30, 2023.
