First semester scholarship and discount applications: Now open

The University of Baguio has now officially opened scholarship and discount applications for the first semester of AY 2025-2026.

Designed to recognize merit, support financial needs, and honor special qualifications, these programs aim to make quality education at all levels more accessible to every UBian. This period of applications will be open from August 18 to August 30, 2025.

Important Reminders:

1. Students must access the Google Form using their UB Student Email (IDnumber@s.ubaguio.edu). Only submissions from this account will be accepted. If access issues occur, they should log out of all other accounts and sign in again using only their UB Student Email.
2. The deadline for submission of the online application is August 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted, the link will be deactivated after this date, and no extensions will be granted.
3. Original copies of the uploaded documents, except for the Sibling’s Discount, must be submitted to the Student Accounts Office. Students residing in Baguio City or La Trinidad, Benguet may submit in person, while those residing elsewhere may send the documents via courier (LBC, JRS, etc.) addressed to:

4.  The deadline for submission of original documents is September 12, 2025.
5.  Failure to submit the required documents on time will result in disqualification, even if the online application has been successfully submitted.
6. All applications and uploaded documents are subject to verification, validation, review, and approval. Students are advised to regularly check their UB Student Email for updates regarding their application.
7.  Approved scholarships or discounts will be posted within the semester after the First Grading Exam.
