The University of Baguio proudly celebrates the achievement of Ms. Elaine Gatillo for emerging as the Top 2 board passer for the Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Professional Teachers!
Unlike regular licensure examinations, SPLEs allow Filipinos abroad to take the board exam without having to return to the country. The SPLE for Professional Teachers was given on June 8, 2025, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Taiwan.
