Enrollment Procedures
- Settle back accounts (if any).
- Email the Dean’s Office for re-evaluation of courses and curriculum. (If the Dean has queries, he/she may email you for clarifications.
- If there are no concerns, the Dean/Secretary/Enrollment adviser encodes the required courses.
- Pay the the required down payment in any of the accredited banks or at the UB Cashier.

- Scan and submit the photocopy to the UB Cashier’s Office.
- View your schedule on the Student Portal.
