The School of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (SIHTM) has partnered up with key institutions all over the world to ensure that their students have the best possible chances to expand their repertoire of skills and pursue a brighter future. From international internships to post-graduate diploma degrees, the university ensures that there is something for everyone no matter what level of exposure they are seeking.
In the pursuit of providing exceptional opportunities, the SIHTM invited back Camosun College for an enlightening info session with the students of the program. Situated in the beautiful capital city of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada, Camosun College is an institution dedicated to educating students from all walks of life anywhere in the world. They have over 1,700 students from more than 70 countries all over the world, with the Philippines being one of the countries where their foreign students hail from.
The info session involved Executive Director Mr. Christiaan Bernard, Vice President for International Partnerships and Dean for School of Business Mr. Richard Stride, and Regional Manager Ms. Jennifer Montero, who all spoke at length about the partnership between the university and Camosun College. Through programs such as the Applied Tourism and Hospitality Management post-degree diploma, students will be able to expound on their training with UB and even pursue a career after they earn their bachelor’s degree with the university.
Through its partnership with Camosun, the University of Baguio continues to support student mobility, nurturing the pursuit of excellence through lifelong learning and personal development.
