The disbursement office ensures that funds granted to employees, departments, or schools are properly given to them and that the whole process is documented. Any kind of payment types are monitored by this office.
Any services rendered by this office is for the University of Baguio and is exclusive to UB employees only.

The Disbursing Office, believing in the pursuit of perfection, commits to serve with prudence, timeliness, and accuracy in the disbursement function of the university.
Objectives
The Disbursing Office aims to:
- Uphold prompt payment of payables of the institution;
- provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude;
- handle the disbursement process with confidentiality of any financial and personal data;
- ensure that cash and checks are disbursed upon proper authorization and documentation, to be readily available to management for framing policies and future plans;
- respond to all procedural inquiries pertaining to the disbursement function of the university; and
- embrace service innovations and professional developments.
