The Procurement Office is in charge of is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the goods and services needed by the organization. It assesses the university’s needs, evaluates suppliers, negotiates contracts, and places orders to ensure that the university has the resources needed to properly conduct its services.

The Procurement Office commits to render effective acquisition/procurement services to the different departments of the University with the utmost integrity by providing timely delivery of low-cost but high-quality equipment, supplies, and services.

The Procurement Office aims to:
