This guide will help you with the online payment process, and will provide you with an easy to follow steps from initiating the payment page, confirming the terms and condition, filling up the payment form, and proceeding with the selected payment method.

How to pay the reservation, tuition, and other fees

This guide will help you with the online payment process and will provide you with easy-to-follow steps from initiating the payment page, confirming the terms and conditions, filling up the form, and proceeding with the selected payment method.

NOTE: Reservation fee of P2,000.00 is non-refundable but will be credited to the tuition fee once OFFICIALLY ENROLLED. 

Please use OP/OTP Code CF112 for Reservation Fee and CF001 for Tuition Fee Payments. For other payments, kindly refer to the list of OP/OTP codes provided in the options.

    (Open from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

    • Available for Current Students with ID Numbers and for Tuition Fee Payments ONLY.
    • Please note that some problems may occur when using Mozilla Firefox web browser. We highly suggest the use of Google Chrome.
  6. PAYMENTS THROUGH AFFILIATED BANKS (Over the Counter or Online Transactions)
    • Please note that posting of payments will take 3-5 working days or longer during examination and enrollment periods. We highly encourage using other available options.

      STEP 1: Fill out a Deposite Slip at the bank of your preference;
      ACCOUNT NAME: UNIVERSITY OF BAGUIO
      STEP 2: Get one copy of the machine-validated deposit slip from the service associate;
      STEP 3: Write your Name, ID number, Course, and Contact number on the machine-validated deposit slip and send a scanned copy to [email protected];
      STEP 4: Claim your corresponding Official Receipt from the Cashier’s Office or you may check your student portal if the payment is already posted

    • BILLER CATEGORY: SCHOOLS
    • BILLER: UNIVERSITY OF BAGUIO
    • Please take note that posting of payments will take 2-3 working days or longer during examination and enrollment periods. We highly encourage using other available options.

NOTES:

  1. For Online Payment Transactions, send the “CONFIRMED / SUCCESSFUL” payment transaction slip / notification to [email protected].
  2. Please make sure that your transaction slip include the following:
    • Date of transaction
    • Amount of payment
    • Bank / Account number where you sent your payment
  3. Payments made through Option 1 are automatically posted to your accounts, while payments made through Options 2-5 may take a few hours to be posted.
  4. No need to send/email the transaction slips if your payments are already posted to your portal.
