The send-off ceremonies started with a Eucharistic celebration attended by the examinees, STELA and students, together with the Faculty of the Teacher Education headed by Dr. Aida Dapiawen, the Dean of STELA. The ceremonial luncheon followed at the 5th floor of the Centennial Building of the University of Baguio. Prior to the luncheon, the students, the SB officers, and the teachers present gave their well-meaning messages to the examinees. Dean Aida Dapiawen also wished all the examinees the best of everything in the examination. She emphasized her optimism that all the BLEPT takers will make it as she said, “I believe in you all, that you will do your very best, and you will pass because you worked hard for this examination. I also know that because all your teachers started preparing you already on your first day in the University of Baguio – School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts.”
As for the representative of the STELA Student Body, Mr. Miquer Arnobit encouraged the takers to be courageous and be confident in the upcoming examination. “We know that you have been through a lot of challenges but you are all our inspiration to step and pursue this career in teaching”. Also present in the said activity who gave their messages to the examinees were Dr. Julius Simon, Dr. Rhoda Tique, Dr. Elmer Eligio, Dr. Dahlia Soriano and Ms. Mary Jane Wayang.

The Board Licensure Examination for Teachers (BLEPT) is scheduled on Mar 19, 2023 (Sunday) as per the advisory coming from the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC). The University of Baguio is among the testing centers designated by the PRC for the BLEPT 2023.
