Five students from the School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (STELA) along with university faculty and staff members will be embarking on a journey to Thailand for cultural immersion and hands-on experiential learning!
This program is the product of over two decades of partnership between the University of Baguio and the College of Asian Scholars. Through years of cultivating and strengthening ties, the two institutions have opened up a new avenue of opportunities for UB’s students, allowing them to continue their education outside the four walls of the classroom.
Through this journey, the students will be able to immerse themselves in Thai culture and language, allowing them to expand their horizons and develop personal skills that can better help them navigate the world with ease. It will also allow them to participate in community outreach and gain hands-on experience in their field, ensuring that they can make a positive and long-lasting impact on the community and that they can grow into competent professionals that can navigate the world with ease.
