Security Assistance for Special Events

The UB Security office is charged with overseeing the security of any school events and ensuring a safe environment for UBians.

The UB Security office is composed of two main functioning bodies, student marshals and the contracted guard agency. Both work hand-in-hand to keep UB and UBians safe and secured.

Need Security for A Special Event?

Secure/fill up the reservation form at the Campus Planning and Development Office.
Once the venue reservation has been approved, Inform the security office five (5) days before the event if security is needed.
The Security office will then prepare for the scheduled event and will be having briefing and debriefing sessions before and after the event.

Procurement Office

This office handles equipment, supplies, and services requests from the different offices of the university.

Student Accounts Office

This office is in charge of processing the financial matters of the university’s students.

Accountant’s Office

This office plays a crucial role in preparing financial statements and analyzing financial data.

Privacy and Data Protection

Under R.A.10173 or Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Risk Management Office implement the guidelines and regulations under this law.

Capacity Building for the UB Community

The Risk Management Office offers a range of training programs and workshops on topics such as emergency response, fire safety, workplace safety, first aid training, basic life support, and crisis management.
