CCSD ensures that students are in the right place at the right time. The service helps individuals find a place that will contribute to their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being so that they can be happy, contributing members of the society.

For the Basic Education, the service helps students adjust from one educational level to another by providing pertinent information such as dealing with school adjustment.

This service also covers the facilitation of exit interviews for school leavers and graduating students, and the release of good moral certificates.

Procurement Office

This office handles equipment, supplies, and services requests from the different offices of the university.

Student Accounts Office

This office is in charge of processing the financial matters of the university’s students.

Accountant’s Office

This office plays a crucial role in preparing financial statements and analyzing financial data.

Privacy and Data Protection

Under R.A.10173 or Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Risk Management Office implement the guidelines and regulations under this law.

Capacity Building for the UB Community

The Risk Management Office offers a range of training programs and workshops on topics such as emergency response, fire safety, workplace safety, first aid training, basic life support, and crisis management.
