Located at the first floor of the UB F building, the payroll department ensures that UB employees get their fair pay on time all the time.

The payroll office also distributes pay slips, collects employee time sheets, distribute financial statements, and collects signed receipts.

Any employee in need of these types of documents or files can simply visit the payroll office and request them.

Mission

In pursuit of perfection, the University of Baguio Payroll Office commits to provide excellent service and strict compliance to government rules and regulations and university policies to ensure its unwavering commitment to upholding the welfare of stakeholders by providing reliable, responsive, and timely service in support of the University’s compensation, benefits, payroll tax-related, and reporting services.

Objectives

The Payroll Department aims to:

  1. Prepare and distribute payroll in an accurate and timely manner for work performed;
  2. Ensure that all deductions, benefits, and taxes are accurately accounted for deducted and reported on time to the appropriate government agency;
  3. Maintain accurate and updated employee hours, earnings, payroll, and benefit records;
  4. Ensure strict compliance with all University policies and government rules and regulations; and,
  5. Provide financial information delivering proactive financial solutions and services that encompass sound financial controls and the effective and efficient use of the University’s resources.
