Objectives
The Payroll Department aims to:
- Prepare and distribute payroll in an accurate and timely manner for work performed;
- Ensure that all deductions, benefits, and taxes are accurately accounted for deducted and reported on time to the appropriate government agency;
- Maintain accurate and updated employee hours, earnings, payroll, and benefit records;
- Ensure strict compliance with all University policies and government rules and regulations; and,
- Provide financial information delivering proactive financial solutions and services that encompass sound financial controls and the effective and efficient use of the University’s resources.
