Online Enrollment Procedures

This guide will help you with the online enrollment process, and will provide you with an easy to follow steps from logging in to the portal, navigating to the registration page, building your own class schedule, and payment.

Please note that some problems may occur when using Mozilla Firefox web browser. We highly suggest the use of Google Chrome.

Old/Current Students

Step 1. 

Login to the student portal at https://portal.ubaguio.edu. Then click current student.

Step 2. 

Locate the main menu at the left side of the main dashboard, then click Enrollment.

3a. To add a subject, select the available subject and section, then click the + button to add the subject.

3b. To remove a subject, click the red x button on the same row of the subject you wish to remove.

Verify the registered subjects, then click next on the lower right part of the screen.

Select the mode of payment, then click submit enrollment.
