Repair and maintenance (Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting and welding)
The Campus Planning and Development office is tasked to oversee the improvement of the University of Baguio’s Physical Plants and Facilities.
Project proposals, implementation and upgrading of university facilities
The University of Baguio continuously upgrades, develops, and maintain its facilities and take in suggestions in improving them.
Campus safety management
With safety policies in place, this creates safe environment and makes sure that students feel comfortable and safe whenever they are in the campus.
Pollution control management
UB’s CPDO ensures that wastes produced in the university are disposed of properly
Pest control management
General Pest Control Management program conducted once a month in compliance to DILG Circular No. 2016-07 and AO 075 series of 2016
Water station management
The water station, located at the UB food court, is available to provide drinking water to the UB community.
