Getting Started with Canvas LMS

This guide will help you get started with your University of Baguio Canvas LMS Account.

You must have a valid “@s.ubaguio.edu” email to proceed with canvas

Option 1: Mobile Login Procedure

Due to some limitations by the platform, we recommend this procedure when logging in to canvas using your mobile devices.

Step 1.

Open your mobile web browser then go to ubaguio.instructure.comYou will be redirected to the Google Login Page

If you received an error similar to the image below. Please make sure your personal email account is not logged in on your mobile web browser, then try logging in again. Or you can login using the private mode or incognito mode of your mobile browser.

Step 2.

Fill in the necessary login information using your University Email Account (“@s.ubaguio.edu” email)

Step 3.

If login is successful, you will be redirected to canvas main dashboard web view or if you have the Canvas for Student App, you will be asked if you want to redirect your login to the mobile application.

The Canvas for Students App is available for both Android and Apple devices.


Option 2: Desktop Login Procedure

Please note that some problems may occur when using Mozilla Firefox web browser. We highly suggest the use of Google Chrome

Step 1.

Open your web browser then go to ubaguio.instructure.comYou will be redirected to the Google Login Page

Step 2.

Fill in the necessary login email and password.

Step 3.

You will be redirected back to Canvas LMS after completing the login with google procedure. Please wait for your instructors/teachers to add your account to their class.
