DESCRIPTION:In line with freedom\, resilience\, and Filipino excellence\, expressed and endorsed through Memorandum Circular No. 118\, s. 2026 (Proclamation 1006)\, the University of Baguio suspends classes and work operations on February 28\, 2026\, brought by the annual celebration of the Philippine Independence Day.  \n  \n\n\n\nGovernment agencies\, local government units\, and the private sector are encouraged to participate in various activities and events that honor solidarity\, patriotism\, and accountability as a nation\, 128 years deep and strong.\n\n\n\nThe UB community\, along with the city’s locality\, wishes you a happy Independence Day!
