Admission Requirements

FRESHMEN: UB Graduates

  1. Original and photocopy of Official Transcript of Records 
  2. Certificate of Graduation
  3. Certificate of Good moral character
  4. PSA Birth certificate 
  5. 2×2 ID picture
  6. Affidavit to use married name (for married female students)
  7. PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female students)
  • Original and photocopy of the documents should be placed in a long folder white.

FRESHMEN: Non-UB Graduates

  1. Transfer Credentials 
  2. Copy of Grades
  3. Certificate of Good moral character
  4. PSA Birth certificate
  5. 2×2 ID picture
  6. Affidavit to use married name (for married female students)
  7. PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female students)
  • Original and photocopy of the documents should be placed in a long folder white.

TRANSFEREES

  1. Letter of Intent, addressed to the Dean of the School of Law
  2. Transfer Credential
  3. Official Transcript of Records
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  5. PSA Birth Certificate
  6. 2×2 ID picture
  7. Affidavit to use married name (for married female students)
  8. PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female students)
  • Original and photocopy of the documents should be placed in a long folder white.

Enrollment Procedures

WALK-IN / CAMPUS ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
Freshmen (Non-UB Graduates) / Transferees

  1. Prepare original and photocopy of all admission credentials.
  2. Proceed to the Dean’s office for evaluation and crediting of courses. You will be given an admission slip signed and approved by your Dean.
  3. Register at UB Student Portal.
  4. Click “Apply as a New Student”, complete all the needed information and click submit the registration.
  5. Fill-out the Declaration and Waiver Form and Data Privacy Consent Form
  6. Proceed to ARC to submit the original and photocopy of admission requirements to the admission officer.
  7. Once admission documents are verified, the admission officer gives your Student ID number.
  8. Pay the reservation fee of Php 1,000.00 at the UB cashier and present the receipt to the admission officer.
  9. Admission officer returns the photocopy of admission requirements with the copy of the student directory.
  10. Proceed to the Dean’s office for the encoding of courses based on the results of the evaluation.
  11. Pay the required down payment (35%) of total tuition fee at the UB cashier.
    •  Note: Separate receipt for the reservation fee and downpayment.
  12. View your schedule on the student portal.
  13. Proceed to the MIS Office at F-Building for your school ID Application.
