The School of Business Administration and Accountancy (SBAA) conducted an outreach in Barangay Lucnab by distributing 100 seedlings of arabica coffee plants to the residents last April 14.
Twenty students from the different organizations of SBAA carried out the activity. They were accompanied by John Balanquit, SBAA outreach coordinator and adviser of the SBAA Student Body. Lucnab is SBAA’s adopted barangay.
Before the distribution, Balanquit discussed the rationale behind the activity. Four seedlings were then distributed to each of the participating households.
File drawers were also given to the barangay office. – Hanna Angway, Clyde Borromeo, and Franklin Jan Wayang
