All registration procedures will be disseminated and conducted online

One representative per institution is requested to handle all registration
matters for his institution. That representative will serve as the
institution's liaison to the NDC '06 Board of Directors.

Institutions who encounter problems with making their payments or who have
queries and concerns about registration may contact the Communications

Pre-Registration for the NDC '06 is from
September 4, 2006 - October 10, 2006.

Fill up the details on the Individual Registration Forms for institution's
debaters and adjudicators, which is available on the website. The last day for
submission of Individual Registration Forms is October 10,
2006.

Institutions are requested to deposit their total registration fee to the above
account.

Institutions are requested to submit copies of their deposit slips to the
organizers for verification of their payment. You may e-mail scanned copies to
ubaguiodebsoc@yahoo.com. Your institution will receive a confirmation
e-mail or text message from our Communications Director, Parable Dizon, once we
have verified your payment. The organizers may choose not to accept
participants from institutions that fail to have their payments verified.

The final deadline for payment of registration fees is until October
16, 2006.

registration process.

Independent teams may register and compete for the eliminations but are
not allowed to break.
Independent Adjudicators may compete and break.
